Myocardial ischaemia can be suspected.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. From the above mentioned signs from ECG a myocardial ischaemia (decrease in blood supply to heart muscle) can be suspected. ECG has minimal information about all these. So an Echo cardiography should be done to get more adequate information about this.
In case of mild ischaemia life style modification and drugs will be helpful. If there is hypertension it should be controlled. In case of high cholesterol levels it should be controlled by life style as well as by statin drug therapy etc. I there is sever ischaemia then there is risk for heart attack and in such case Angiogroaphy should be done to detect any block. If there is severe block then it should be removed by angioplasty or by pass.
A consultation with cardiologist is well appreciated. We can't judge just by ECG signs. Even with such ECG signs you can be absolutely normal.
Let e know if anything not clear.
I am happy to help you.
Thanks.
