Brief Answer:
could be tuberculosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX
Glad to hear from you again. Sorry for the late reply.
Your fnac is though not classical of tuberculosis is highly suggestive of it. And in XXXXXXX tuberculosis is the first thing that is thought of.
So I would suggest that you get yourself tested for this. Get your MTB-PCR as it is very sensitive and specific for tuberculosis. And if positive get full uninturrupted treatment for the same.
Hope I have been helpful. If any further queries are there I would love to help .
Regards,
Dr.Deepika Patil

Is it dangerous? Is it 100% curable?
Brief Answer:
yes it is curable
Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
If it turned out to be tuberculosis it is 100% curable. It is definitely not a cancer. If it had been then it would have come in fnac.
But treatment for tuberculosis should be taken as scheduled for your category if at all MTB-PCR comes positive.
