Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for your query.
I have read you query and I understand your concerns about HSG report.
Following is my reply:
1) Your wife's HSG report is normal except for adhesion around left fallopian tube. If this is thin adhesion, it does not create problem. If it is dense adhesion, it can lead to infertility.Laparoscopy is the only way to identify it.
2) If you wish to remove adhesions, you need to undergo laparoscopy procedure where adhesion can be released.
3) Arcuate uterus can also be checked for arcuate uterus hysterolaparoscopy procedure and minor problems (like septum in uterus) can be corrected.
Therefore in my opinion your wife needs hysterolaparoscopy procedure.
I hope I answered you query and addressed your concerns.
Let me know if you wish to ask any further questions. I will be glad to help you.
Regards,
Dr. Soumya
