What Does My HSG Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hi .. i did HSG test and the result was like this :
Both Fallopian tubes : are visualized in enter extent . Free peritoneal spill is not seen on left side in initial injection with simultaneous good free spill on right side . Subsequent images show free contrast on left side as well . Fimbrial block with contrast from opposite side due to spill
What that's mean ? Also the dr she said she is not sure if my left side is blocked on its fimbrial end only 50% and she said maybe it's not block .. but in the report she written that its blocked ?! And when I asked her what I should do she said u are fine u shouldn't do anything !!

Thanks for answering me .. now I am so worried .. what I should do ?! How to remove the blockage of the fimbrial end in my left side ?! Can I get pregnant natural from my right side ?!

The blockage of the fimbrial end can be removed only surgically. One side normal patent tube is enough to cause a natural conception. It is best to try for conception first without worrying about the blockage.
