I have no information about the herbal tampons. Well correct me if am wrong, your tubes are blocked due to "prior surgery from ectopic pregnancies". This is not reversible by medication no matter how effective or how magical the medication can be. Only surgery can fixed this or IVF if pregnancy is needed.

I am sorry to say, since you are having distal tubal obstruction, Tubal cannulation may not help you. It is useful in proximal obstruction which is near to uterus. Tubal cannulation will not be recommended in woman who has history of previous tubal surgeries(ectopic pregnancy).

The only alternative would be IVF.
