Brief Answer:
Nodules

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your query.

Nodular enhancements mean the tumor mass is in nodular form with the loss of blood brain barrier. The loss of blood brain barrier could be a secondary effect of cancer. Also, that tumor is existent in the form or single or multiple solid nodules.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.

regards,

you have really helped me. so here is the last question.
The MRI in May stated that there has been a slight decrease in size of the mass. There were nodular enhancements and cysts present

The MRI in July stated that although the tumor remains the same size. there has been a disappearance of nodular enhancements. There were cysts present.

The MRI in August stated that the tumor had remained the same size but there had been a disappearance of cysts.

so what does all of this mean
We are using several different treatments
thanks (last question)

Brief Answer:
Resolution

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for writing again.

The MRI reports indicate that the tumor is regressing in its severity though still present.

The blood brain barrier is re-established and regression of cyst indicates the tumor has become less violent.

Hope, I answered your query.

Wish you good health.
