It can be a sign of blood disease
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that it can be a blood related disease. This can be due to unstoppable growth of blood cells. Before I advise you anything I want to know little detail about your illness.
1. Are you having any symptoms like fever, joint pain or Diarrhea?
2. Why you got this MRI?
3. Have you done any investigation like peripheral blood film?
Please send me answers of these questions.I will try my best to help you.
thanks

                                    Brief Answer:
It can be a normal finding
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and this MRI can be incidental finding. I would recommend you to get peripheral blood film tomorrow and if there is any abnormality then you can plan for further investigation like bone biopsy.
If there is normal blood film then nothing needs to be done and you can get your self treated for knee arthritis.
thanks.
