What Does My MRI Reports Indicate?
Question: My MRI shows very extensive hematopoiectic hyperplasia The femur and fibula demonstrates replacement of the fatty marrow with cellular elements. the marrow spills over into the medial femoral condyle and into the fibula epiphysis. What does this mean? My ortho just kept telling me to see my primary care dr and have her run a CBC with differential

I have studied your case and this MRI can be incidental finding. I would recommend you to get peripheral blood film tomorrow and if there is any abnormality then you can plan for further investigation like bone biopsy.
If there is normal blood film then nothing needs to be done and you can get your self treated for knee arthritis.
