Brief Answer:
MRI findnigs are due to earlier spinal pathology.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I am Dr Sudhir Kumar, Neurologist, and would try my best to help you.

I have gone through the MRI reports of Ms XXXXXXX and would like to reassure you that there are no findings related to the fall. All the abnormalities are due to older spinal pathology, and are minor in nature.

As of now, the treatment requires physiotherapy and medications (pregabalin if there is nerve pain).

I sincerely hope my reply has helped you.

I would be pleased to answer, if you have any follow up queries or if you require any further information.

Best wishes,

Dear Sir,

Thanks a lot for your views on this case.

We would like to know whether there are any findings which suggests the current pathology noted in MRI is on account of earlier fall / trauma.

Also Kindly provide us can current fall / trauma can aggravate the symptoms of pain in this case.
