Brief Answer:
Get examined and evaluated by a neurologist
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Mri report is suggesting lesions consistent with diagnosis of multiple sclerosis with atrophy of brain too.
Multiple sclerosis is common at relatively younger age rather than appearing in 5th or 6 th decade.
You need to get examined by a neurologist and evaluated on lines of multiple sclerosis or other disease involving white matter of brain.
Details of clinical presentation and Mri images are required for making a diagnosis.
Any history of vision loss, weakness, seizures?
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
