What Does My MRI Scan Report Indicate?

I have a right hip pain for 7 years. It’s going worse and worse. Pain is in motion and at rest.
MRI done at January 2016. It’s found: hip cysts, arthritis and unclear necrosis.
Can you please answer my questions:
1. is it possible to do hip cyst removal surgery and not hip replacement in my case?
2. In which hospital a cross of Canada or US I can get consultation for hip cyst removal surgery? Since in Montreal I despaired to find.
3. What I can take for pain relief if regular analgesics do not help?
Thanks an advance.

Hip degenerative arthritis
Detailed Answer:
Hi xxxxxxx
Thanks for the query
The cysts that have been discovered in the head of the femur bone are not regular bone cysts which can be removed, instead they are degenerative changes in the joint because of arthritis.
There is also cartilage damage in the hip joint described as labral tear.
For your age, you have an option of Arthroscopic key hole surgery to debridement or remove the damaged and degenerated portions of the joint to help with pain relief and hip movements.
This will help to postpone a hip replacement by a few years.
You can combination medicine or Acetaminophen with Tramadol which is a prescription medicine for pain relief.
