Brief Answer:
Myomectomy is a must
Detailed Answer:
Hello madam, thanks for trusting health care magic.
I have seen all the reports and read your history and thus after relating both it is evident that you need myomectomy at the earliest.
In my opinion it will be a futile exercise to plan pregnancy without getting all these removed.
Even in case you fall pregnant it has high chance of abortion and preterm labor so better plan myomectomy first and pregnancy later.
All the best.
