Hello,
I have gone through your question and report and understand your concerns.
When was your surgery done and for what indications.
Mild ascites post early surgery may be present due to operative edema and inflammation.
There is no nodes or contrast uptake suggestive of absence of any visible tumor.
Mild hernia around the colostomy port is seen which should be discussed with your treating surgeon.
