Brief Answer:
You are having disc prolapse, require rest.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query
I'm Dr Sudhir Kumar
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. You are having disc prolapse mainly at L5, S1 level with compression of left side root. At present treatment of it is rest and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Mecobalamine is helpful. Position of rest is lateral position with both hips and knees slightly flexed. It is not so serious but require rest. Sometimes if not relieved by rest than operation is done.
You can discuss with your doctor about it.
Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then I will be happy to help you.
Wishing you a good health.
Take care.

is any exercise require to reduce pain ? or physiotherapy can solve this prob lem?
Brief Answer:
Back exercises and physiotherapy are helpful later
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome back
In initial days rest is most important. After pain decresed and nearly after 21 days you can start gradually back exercises and physiotherapy to strengthen your muscles. Weight lifting and bending should be avoided so that it doesn't reoccurs. Mecobalamine is helpful in reducing radiating pain to leg.
Everything else already discussed.
If you have any further query, I would be glad to help you.
