What Does My X-ray Report Indicate?

Shouldn't be due to the stenting itself.
Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern.
It might have been useful if you had been a little more specific. X-ray of the head doesn't sound right, one doesn't order x-rays of the head for decades now since the availability of CT scans and MRIs, so you must have had a CT scan or MRI. Also you ask about stenting, but it is not clear where, stenting can be done for any blood vessel, may be in the heart, neck or peripheral vessels (I assume from a past question it's in the neck for the carotid, but it can be for more than one site). Was this stenting associated with any ischemic lesion to the heart/brain because if there is such damage to the heart or the brain that could be responsible for the feeling unwell (depending on the type and degree of damage).
The stenting procedure itself shouldn't be the cause of feeling unwell. So as I said prior damage to the brain or heart may be responsible. Also if no such damage is found causes like anemia, infections, metabolic or hormonal alterations should be sought through some screening blood tests (routine ones are CBC, ESR, CRP, glucose, HbA1c, liver and kidney function, electrolyte panel, thyroid function.
I remain at your disposal for other questions.
