What Does My X-ray Test Report Indicate?

Question: What am I to do with my back problem. My L4 and L5
I have uploaded X-Rays
I have uploaded X-Rays
Brief Answer:
Your condition needs surgery.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.
I had gone through x-rays images uploaded by you.
There is clear evidence of spondylolysthesis ( slipped vertebrae grade 2 ) at L5-S1 level.
It depends on your symptoms too, but regarding to x-rays there is need for surgical stabilization of the instability at L5-S1 level with screws and rods.
Additional imaging studies needed also (dynamic x-rays and lumbosacral spine MRI) to complete the examinations and to plan correctly the surgery.
Consult a spine surgeon or a Neurosurgeon.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Greetings.

Can you tell me what risk factors I could face without surgery. It's is starting to fuse on it own. But can something happen before it actually does fuse completely.
Brief Answer:
If no surgery, worsening of symptoms could happen.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.
The main risk if no stabilization is done, is progression of spondylolysthesis and worsening of neurological deficits related to spinal cord compression such, pain in both legs, difficulty walking, bowel and bladder problems, and more serious condition such paralysis (partial or total of the lower limbs).
Close follow-up with clinical evaluation and imaging such x-rays and MRI of column are needed, if you will decide not to be operated.
Physical effort and weight lifting should be avoided also for a long time.
Hope this helps.
