Brief Answer:
No need to biopsy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HealthcareMagic.
As an urologist, i can understand your concern.
Aswani had a small collection of urine at the end of the left tube, between kidney and bladder.
This is called an ureterocele and occurs from birth.
There's no need to biopsy this.
Treatment will depend on the symptoms and their duration.
Both kidneys are normal and functioning well.
Wishing Aswani well.

Brief Answer:
No need for a biopsy.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

I've already written that a biopsy isn't indicated for your ureterocele.
Tuberculosis isn't a diagnosis in your case either.
You've haven't written about the symptoms, for which you approached the doctor.

Wish you well.

Brief Answer:
Asymptomatic small ureteroceles need regular follow-up.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX

Without any symptoms, you don't need to worry at all.
Repeat the scan after 6 months,to note if there's any change.
If at all there're any symptoms, then see an Urologist, with a scan.

Drink about ten glasses fluids daily.

Wish you well.
