What Does My Blood And Urine Report Indicate?

My Mother had a blood and urine test. Please find the report in attachment.
I wanted to know about the conclusion on report results and any suggestion/advice.
Some change seen....
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I went through with her reports. At the outset, there are no alarming features. However few changes noted are as follows:
1. Her serum iron value seems low. There are some changes noted on complete blood count - low MCH and MCHC. The changes represent iron deficiency. This deficiency most likely may have been nutritional or secondary to menstrual periods. It can be corrected with iron pills.
2. She has low calcium values along with elevated ALP numbers. Though it doesn't indicate a specific concern, I predict that she may have unhealthy bones. Bone changes and calcium deficiency are common in the age group women. I will urge you to see an orthopedician especially if she has body and bone pains.
3. Vitamin D level reveal insufficient state. Though vitamin D insufficiency is quite common in Asian countries, it may require a look as she also has related calcium and ALP changes.
4. I also find her eosinophil counts to be marginally raised. The raise most likely could be due to past allergic conditions. It doesn't need treatment if she has no allergic symptoms presently.
5. Increased number of highly sensitive C - reactive protein puts her to future heart risk. However it doesn't need active management at present. Her examining doctor should evaluate for other heart risks.
6. Hba1c though it is marginally raised, the values are within acceptable limits.
In short, the findings suggest she may have bone changes associated with perimenopause/menopause. There may be iron deficient state. Both these concerns should be sorted by her physician. Other abnormalities noted are quite insignificant and needs no active management.
Hope I am clear. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Any suggestion/precautions/treatment to take for High sensitive C- reactive protein value and Alkaline Phosphate value.
Any side effects of the medicine she is taking.

Millets, spinach and meat good source of iron...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Well most of my replies to your earlier questions holds good with your mother's issues too.
1. Millets, spinach, meat and liver are good source of iron. She should take them. In addition, calcium XXXXXXX food such as milk, wheat, egg, etc., should be included in her diet. Try not to combine both these in a single diet. Calcium to an extent reduce iron absorption from stomach.
2. Highly sensitive C-reactive protein is one of the marker of future cardiac risk. We don't need to act on it individually, but make sure all other risk factors for future cardiac problems are kept under control. Therefore make sure she has exercise every day and try stabilizing her weight if it is above normal. You can discuss about other cardiac risks with her treating doctor.
3. In my view her medications don't have significant effects on blood reports. I see they are very important medications. Please follow her doctor's instructions religiously.
Hope I am clear.
Regards
