Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your total wbc count is at high normal range. Your absolute lymphocyte count is normal. You have few immature granulocytes. You may have some infection.

Please tell me your symptoms.
Do you have fever?

Do you have any bleeding?

You should also go for peripheral smear examination and platelet count.

If you have fever then you should take a course of antibiotics.

Please send me your symptoms so that I can help you further.

Brief Answer:
No need to worry about blood cancer.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your total wbc count is high normal. Your platelet count is normal. So no need to worry about blood cancer.
You may have infection.
No any treatment is required right now.
However you have few immature granulocytes, so you should go for repeat blood count after 15 days. Also go for peripheral smear examination once.
Your ct scan, mri and bone marrow reports are normal.
So just be relaxed. Its not blood cancer.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
