What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: I just had blood tests done and I read the results last night. I haven't talked to the doctor yet, three things came back out of range. 1. My A1C came back in the prediabetic range. 2. My RBC came back slightly high. 3. My vitamin D came back at 24, with the bottom of normal was 30.
I haven't felt well for a couple of months ie: fatigue and headache, what's your opinion on these test results?

Brief Answer:
Labs
Detailed Answer:
Pre diabetes cannot cause fatigue or headache, neither can the slightly high RBCs.
Even vitamin D deficiency cannot cause headaches, although fatigue is possible.
However your levels are in the insufficient range.
When I see someone with levels like yours I recommend 1000 IU over the counter cholecalciferol (a form of vitamin D). But I generally run routine labs like CBC, CMP and TSH first to make sure there are no problems doing so. For example if the calcium levels are high then it needs to be evaluated first before supplementing vitamin D.
