As part of routine check up, I got my full blood check up done. I humbly request you to please go over the attached blood report and suggest me on the parameters which are low/high than the usual normal levels.
Your suggestion will be highly valuable to me Sir.

Brief Answer:
There is hardly anything to worry about!

Detailed Answer:
Hi! thanks for your question.

Here are the abnormal values and the related explanations/solutions:

1. marginally high transferrin saturation index: it is acceptable and on the better side; not to worry at all!

2. mild elevation of serum lipase level: mild or transient pancreatitis could be there; but the value is slightly elevated only; therefore, just take precautions not to take alcohol or fatty diets

3. alkaline phosphatase level is actually normal; bilirubin/lipoprotein A slightly raised possibly due to slight dehydration or high hemoglobin..not to worry and nothing to be done

4. LOW 25-OH VITAMIN D (TOTAL): you need to take vitamin-D tablets and calcium supplements and take more time under the sunlight

5. Hemogram report is absolutely normal and please don't worry about minor variations that are due to lab standards and variation in the reference population.

Wishing you good health,
