Your blood report as uploaded here seems to be within normal limits. The hemoglobin, platelet count, RBC count and WBC count along with wbc differential count are within normal range.
Also please upload any bone marrow or biopsy study or radiology study relevant to your concern if done previously.

Hello sir,
I am a consulting hematooncologist.

I DID NoT get your problem in detail.
I did receive your other upload report too dated 10th XXXXXXX 2015.
That report also is within normal limits apart from just a little borderline hemoglobin value. I would recommend you to repeat it again after 15 days and if it falls below 120g/l we need to do further studies.
