Brief Answer:
Low potassium or calcium or vitamin D3 deficiency can be the cause.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
You are having right lower back pain.
So I don't think it is due to your lung problem. In my opinion following are the possible causes for your right sided below waist pain.
1. Low potassium level
2. Calcium deficiency
3. Vitamin D3 deficiency
4. Lower spinal (lumber) pathology.
In old age (75 years) and especially in females, calcium and vitamin d 3 deficiency are likely. And lumber spine problems are also common.
So above mentioned causes are likely in your case.
Please let me know
1. Have you ever undergone calcium and vitamin d 3 levels?
2. Have you ever undergone x ray of lower spine?
Please reply me answers of above asked questions, so that I can guide you better. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your follow up question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your concern.
Yes I also think potassium level as a main culprit, this is the reason why I put it first.
You should also get done fresh calcium and vitamin d 3 levels and if deficiency then take supplements.
