Do I need to worry?
Seems to be Viral.
Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney. I understand your concern.
Your fever seems to be of Viral in nature and your reports don't support any active serious infection.
In such case I would recommend you to be patient.
Your fever would go away within 4-5 days.
I won't recommend any antibiotics for you.
In my opinion you should wait and take Paracetamol 500 mg every 6th hourly for fever.
In case you have any associated complaint like Sore throat, running nose please mention that.
In my opinion you should wait for next 3 days and if your fever persists we would investigate it further.
However the most probably chances in your case is that your fever is viral in origin and it should go away in next 2-3 days.
I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.

Multivitamin
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Viral fever is often accompanied by weakness and that goes on itself. I would recommend in such case to take a good multivitamin containing Zinc like Becosule-Z or Zincovit.
Drink plenty of fluids as high fever leads to dehydration and weakness.
Take Paracetamol round the clock as 500 mg 6th hourly and if you fever persists even after 5 days, you would need to get investigations done.
I hope it helps you.
Feel comfortable to ask me, if any further queries you have.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
