Brief Answer:
Discussion follows
Detailed Answer:
Thanks.
Your ALT is high. Bilirubin and Albumin are normal. If you have not had hepatitis in the past, the commonest cause is a fatty liver .
Since your creatinine and EGFR are normal, your elevated Potassium is not due to a kidney disease. It's is probably related to high Potassium in your diet. Reduce fruits and fruit juices.
Elevated MCV means your red blood cells are bigger than usual. This can occur if you have anemia due to B12 or folic acid deficiency or due to fast turn over of your rbcs.
Your doctor would investigate , find the cause and treat you. There's nothing of concern.
