What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: Good evening. I just received the result of blood testing I had last week. There are a couple of things that I'm not sure what they mean, but are marked as "not normal". The 1st shows my RBC/hpf is 6. What does this mean? The 2nd is my RBC/ul is 35.8. Same question - what does that mean? Lastly, it shows my GFR-non AA is 55.0L. Everything else tested are within safe limits.
Brief Answer:
Findings shows mildly raised RBC in urine under high power field.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM
Findings shows mildly raised RBC in urine under high power field and mildly decreased glomerular filtration rate(GFR).
GFR shows filtration rate of kidneys which is an important parameter to assess kidney function. It is good that BUN(blood urea nitrogen) and creatinine level are normal.
You may need clinical correlation, ultrasound of KUB and follow up.
Other findings are within normal limit.
In short,findings are not serious.
