What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: Hi..I had recently done a blood test on recommendation of a doctor to check for CBC , ESR & C reactive protein.
There was a minor swelling on the neck so my physician had recommended those tests.
I have attached the report.

I could not consult my doctor afterwards as i had to travel immediately after the test. So thought would check with you on your interpretation of the results.

Just to check if HCV and MCV showing slightly low? could there be a reason?

Plus how can i improve them and increase them within range?
