Brief Answer:
Get done PFT first.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the reports you have attached.
Your chest x ray is normal. So no need to worry for lung infection like pneumonia or tuberculosis.
Breathing difficulty with normal chest x ray is seen with bronchitis.
So get done PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
PFT will not only diagnose bronchitis but it will also tell you about severity of the disease.
And treatment is based on severity only.
You may need inhaled bronchodilators (formoterol or salmeterol). Oral broad spectrum antibiotic like levofloxacin or azithromycin once a day is also beneficial.
For stomach tightness, take pantoprazole tablet twice daily on empty stomach.
Don't worry, you will be alright with all these.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
