What Does My Blood Test Report Indicate?
Question: Hi
I have a Lymphocyte % of 28.8 and a Lymphocyte # of 1.4. I am curious if this could be because I had given blood at the Red Cross 6 days earlier?
Thx,
Dan

Brief Answer:
No worries
Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking
I read your question and i understand your concern. Lymphocyte count of 28.8 % with number of 1400 is perfectly fine and nothing to worry about. Its due to blood donation for sure and its called hemodilution effect, your counts will be back to higher normal limits in 21 days XXXXXXX These are still good enough and you dont need to worry about any thing at all. You are protected by your own body defence systems.
I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and dont forget to close the discussion please.
