Monocytes 1.0 10^9 normal
Neutrophils 3.3 10^9 normal
Rbc normal
Atypical/reactive lymphocytes present
Negative heterophil antibody
am at risk for acute leukemia or lymphoma?

In my opinion you should not be conserd.Your blood test it's normal
The reactive lymphocytes are present in some case of viral infection ,that you maybe didn't realize that you had it.
