Brief Answer:
Vitamin D
Detailed Answer:
I get this query from a lot of people, including other non-endocrine physicians.
The answer is simple:
The best way to asses the body's stores of vitamin D is to check blood levels of 25 OH (hydroxy) vitamin D. The optimal levels are between 30 and 50.
So your's are a bit low. I see you have been taking 2000 IU daily. Perhaps taking 3000 IU daily would do the job.
The 1,25 dihydroxy vitamin D is not the right way to assess the body's vitamin D status. This test is to be used in different circumstances which are not relevant here, unless your blood calcium / phosphorus / intact PTH / creatinine are abnormal.
