Brief Answer:
Prostate cancer seems to have metastasized to bone marrow
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have checked the attached reports. The suspicion is favor of a metastatic cancer. In other words, it needs to be correlated about the possible primary tumor from where metastasis (distant spread) could have affected the bone marrow, thus bringing down its capacity to produce cells. The suspicion is also backed by the fact that the beta 2 microglobulin, creatinine and BUN levels are raised which could indicate an increased cellular turnover somewhere in the body. The fact that the PSA level is raised indicates the possibility that he is suffering from prostate cancer (primary tumor that I was talking about). However, it needs clinical correlation. Inflammation is the body (related) is indicated by the raised Ferritin level. There is also some iron deficiency anemia associated.
Let me know if I could help further

Brief Answer:
An urological opinion is needed
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. I have tried to elucidate as far as possible. The first information I need is whether he has been screened from prostate cancer? It would be advisable to visit an urologist and ask him to correlate. Depending on his findings further referral might be needed. Please upload the prescription of the urologist (after consultation) and I would guide you accordingly.
It would also help if you could upload the medical notes/prescriptions of the doctor who had advised the investigations (of which you have uploaded the reports).
Regards
