Brief Answer:
You should start treatment for multiple sclerosis
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
MRI features are suggestive of active lesions of MS and needs immunomodulatory therapy.
Any CSF examination for oligoclonal bands?
Any VEP testing?
Any spinal MRI?
Various medications are available both oral and intramuscular, subcutaneous.
This disease affects physical, mental and sexual life depending upon number of episodes, damage to neuron and delay in treatment.
Get follow up of a neurologist for prescription.
