Brief Answer:
Continue Physiotherapy
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for writing back.
Initial phase of physiotherapy is very effective as it stretches the ligaments around the spine joints and relieves the compression on the nerves temporarily.
Continue the Physiotherapy, this will in time stretch the muscles attached to the spine bones and realign them in healthy position reversing the problems. This will take some time. Please be patient and continue the treatment.
Do rest intermittently during work. This is very essential.
Your condition is well reversible with good effort.
I wish you speedy recovery.
Please do ask if any doubts.
