What Does My Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: I had a car accident last year and the Dr never mentioned anything about my chest x ray showings. Upon reading the report from the radiologist his report shows: biapical pleural thickening, perihilar interstitial prominence, mild hyperaeration. I don't even know what any of this means. I haven't had any symptoms until recently I started coughing but aside from that I'm healthy. I have anxiety really bad today but I'm still breathing properly. I need to rest my mind I just don't want to die soon.
Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry about
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to HealthcareMagic,
Yes, I can understand your concern but you should try to calm down.
According to the chest X-Ray result, you provide these findings are not related to the previous accident, don't worry.
They are signs of probably mild problems (viral infections) experienced and might stay as in a chest X-Ray interpretation.
Nothing to do about them and nothing problematic related to.
This recent cough is as common as anyone can have it usually.
The above has nothing to do with your death, believe me.
I hope to have been helpful for you.
Regards and feel free to ask me again

Did you see the report? I included it in the post. So the shortness of breath walking up the stairs and coughing are all normal?
Brief Answer:
continue discussion
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Yes, I've reviewed the chest x-ray report already.
Let me inform that these findings are mostly due to common cold.
Concerning the recently cough and breathlessness you can do a Spirometry test. If it comes negative than nothing else to do. Probably a viral infection for a cough along with anxiety for breathlessness.
Feel free to ask further
