Brief Answer:
Free CABG is possible
Detailed Answer:
hello, XXXX,
I have gone through your query. Thanks for using HCM.
First of all Angio report definitely suggests need for bypass surgery. And it is very much needed . So there is no second thought about that.
In XXXXXXX there is XXXXXXX XXXXXXX heart hospital at XXXXXXX where this surgery is done free of cost. Similarly at XXXXXXX XXXXXXX heart hospital, Banglore and puttaparthi it is done free.
you may contact any of these hospitals.
I would be glad to guide you further if you need guidance .
my best wishes

Brief Answer:
reviewed the reports
Detailed Answer:
hello,i have opened link and viewed the reports of echo and angiography.Basically our heart receives blood supply from 3 coronaries arteries 2 on left and one on right side along with its branches..whenever there is blockage beyond 70% in any of the arteries, there is risk of heart attack. In case of your uncle one attack has already affected the heart(Inferior MI).luckily his report of LVEF 49% suggests negligible damage to heart by that attack.so now our sole goal is to avoid another attack.here we have more than 70% blocks in all three vessels hence we must tackle them either by angioplasty or by bypass.
Here there 2 blocks in same LAD artery ,along with blokcs in another 2 vessels.going for angioplasty with stent becomes too expensive(almost 3 to 4 times the cost of BYpass).over and above this there is risk of restenosis by 1 to 2% in first 6 months.so he is clearly candidate for CABG.
i have suggested the centres which offers free and good quality services
,You may please proceed and do the needful
My best wishes
