What Does My Double Marker Test Report Indicate?

Question: I am from XXXXXXX My double marker test is done when I was 11.1 weeks pregnant. Now I got the report. The values are
Free beta human chorionic gonadotropin is 31.30 ng/ml
Pregnancy associated plasma protein A is 2.30 mIU/ml
Free BHCG MOM is 0.66
PAPP A MOM is 1.17
Risk calculation
Trisomy 21 screening is less than 1:10000( risk cut off 1:250)

Trisomy 13/ Trisomy 18 screening is less than 1:10000(risk cut off 1:100)
What does it mean? Am I in high risk or low risk.
