The reports of three independent tests is combined in order to obtain a cumulative probability. In your case, the combination of two tests (double test) has indicated a relatively higher risk but when the results were combined, the summary is similar to population risk (the risk of having a Down syndrome baby that anyone else in from the population has).
NT means nuchal translucency. A characteristic of Down syndrome (Trisomy 21) is increased nuchal translucency. It is measured using ultrasound scan. In your case it measures 1.3mm (which is not a positive value). The increased risk calculation of the double test occurred because the expected value for this was slightly less (0.95 mm for month on month age).

So, what do you think doctor,(my overall reports are normal and my baby is safe from down sydrome?)
What's my trisomy 21+ nt risk?
What's my trisomy 21+ nt risk?
Brief Answer:
You need not worry.
Detailed Answer:
As per my assessment you need not worry. You should still report to your treating gynecologist/obstetrician who would be able to confirm if you need further testing (like chorionic villus sampling) in order to obtain additional confirmation on the mentioned risk. As I have already explained that there is slight deviation from normal though the sum total is within the safe margin.
