What Does My Endoscopy Report Indicate?

Over a month ago i was feeling some irritation and pain in the right side of my throat so i want to the ENT where he did endoscopy and found everything to be normal. I even tried antibiotics augmentine 1g but nothing changed.
Then i went to an endocrinologist where i made some tests on my thyroid which i attached in my message. Can you please let me know about these findings? is it related to the pain i am having? and is it something to be worried about and take action? Thanks.
Incidental benign looking small nodules
Detailed Answer:
Good day
Noted your question.
Your thyroid blood reports are completely normal. Ultrasound shows two small harmless looking nodules. These kind of nodules are very common and most of them are harmless. Not to worry. The throat pain is unlikely to be due to thyroid. You will now need to repeat the ultrasound after six months and compare with the old scan.if there is change in appearance or size of the nodules at that time, you may need needle test (fnac).
Nothing to worry about.

Brief Answer:
Repeat the scan after six months. No action required now.
Detailed Answer:
You are welcome. This looks like an incidentally detected thyroid nodule. If the 1.2 cm sized nodule was hypoechoic, I would have suggested a needle test now itself. But it is isoechoic. Which means harmless. However, you will surely need a follow up scan after six months. For time being, take it easy, relax.
