What Does My Follicular Study Report Indicate?

I am a little tensed. Can you please advise?
Polycystic ovaries
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and the image and understand your concerns.
The follicular monitoring shows small size of the follicle as per the day of the cycle.
There is no dominant follicle in either ovary, which should be more than 16-18 mm.
Endometrial thickness is normal.
Bilateral ovaries showing small follicles is suggestive of polycystic ovaries, and it is one of the common cause of anovulation and inability to conceive.
I will suggest you to get your follicular monitoring till day 18. If there is no ovulation till that day, then you should get ovulation induction drugs in next cycle to assist ovulation and hence conception.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Can be Polycystic ovarian syndrome
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, in a 28 days cycle, the follicle should grow to 18-20 mm in size by day 14-15 followed by ovulation.
Polycystic ovaries, if associated with anovulation ( absence of ovulation), suggests polycystic ovarian syndrome.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
