XXXXXXX mesentery is a term used in CT scan of abdomen in which there is increased density of fat present in mesentery.
It may be due to many reasons like edema,inflammation,hemorrhage,tumour infiltration,fibrosis etc.

It may be found in conditions like appendicitis,inflammatory bowel disease,neoplasm like lymphoma,cirrhosis etc.However,it may be idiopathic in nature(i,e without any cause).

It is important to know your clinical condition and reasons for investigation.
