Question: Apart of three events of sinus arrhythmia and one isolated supra ventricular ectopic beat, are there any other significant events on Holter ECG?Why Q wave in QRS complex is that deep, should I be conserned? Please note that 176bpm was during my cycling session, I was climbing a hill? Is my Holter ECG normal?

Brief Answer:
Your Holter recordings is completely normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello! Thank you for your question on HCM! Regarding your Holter recordings I looked carefully the nine pages and I am glad to inform you that everything results quite normal.
(1) Sinus rhythm is your basal and persistent finding all over the recordings. Phasic sinus arrhythmia is a normal finding in young adults.
(2) You don't have extrasystolic arrhythmia at all (1 ectopic beat is considered normal cardiac reaction).
(3) You don't have complex supraventricular or ventricular arrhythmia.
(4) You don't have atrioventricular conductance disturbances.
(5) You don't have significant ventricular pauses at all.
(6) You have a normal day-night heart rate trend.
(7) You have a normal R-R interval variability.
(8) Q wave pattern in Holter recordings depend on the chest leads used, they don't reflect consecutive Q wave dispersions.
It would be very instructive to judge about Q wave and other waves based on resting 12 leads ECG.

So to conclude, to cut it clear and short for you, I would gladly say that your Holter recordings is within normal ranges, judging every single parameters.
Hope to have been helpful to you.
Feel free to ask me whenever you need! Greetings from Dr. Iliri
