Brief Answer:
Could you please upload the entire report as an attached copy?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I have reviewed your lab results and they are not to concerning at this time. However, it is best to provide an interpretation taking into account the specific laboratory reference values as they change from one laboratory to another. Also, looking at all the elements and not these four will allow for a more comprehensive analysis and a well though response .For this reason, I am kindly requesting that you upload the results fully.

Creatinine at 1.1 is borderline normal and a GFR of 54 though not idea is good enough for the body to function well with no need for supplemental kidney excretory functions.

Brief Answer:
I will suggest you meet with your nephrologist for more evaluation!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for this follow up.

These numbers are not too concerning but are not entire reassuring. It shows that there has been some deterioration over the years and I will suggest that you get the kidneys evaluated fully by your nephrologist. I Will also like to know what medication you are taking for this RPGN that was diagnosed at the time. If you are not yet on immusnosuppressants, I Will recommend your doctors do so.

I hope this helps. I wish you well.
