Brief Answer:
PID + ENDOMETRIOSIS

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The typical report shows a hemorrhagic cyst in the right ovary of size 2x2 cm which is small enough and likely due to endometriosis. In ENDOMETRIOSIS the typical pain increases during menses and worsens.
The fluid in POD with an abdominal ache indicates a possible Pelvic inflammatory disease along with endometriosis. This can be treated with a course of antibiotics for 14 days.
1. CAP DOXYCYCLINE 100mg twice a day for 14 days.
2. Tab Tinidazole 500 mg twice a day for 14 days.

These are available on prescription and you may contact your gynaecologist for the prescription after a per vaginal examination for checking PID in form of uterine tenderness and bilateral abdominal pain.
For pain relief you may take Tab Mafenamic acid 500mg twice a day for 3-5 days, again a to be prescribed medicine.
I hoep i have answered your query ,
Regards
