Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through the report you have mentioned and understand your concerns.
The HSG is indicative of opacified tubes with left tubal block. Opacified tubes are highly suggestive of pelvic tuberculosis and this needs to be further tested. Opacified tubes have low motility and hence the conception is difficult.
Moreover, there is fimbrial block in left tube, which further decreases the chances of conception.
