Brief Answer:
Neurosurgeon opinion is final

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
With the above findings in MRI, surgery is required if the patient is having:
1. severe pain, not controlled by medicines
2. Sensory loss over the lower limbs
3.Any motor weakness in the limbs
4. Reflex loss in the lower limbs
The decision of surgery depends on the assessment of a neurosurgeon after proper evaluation of the patient.
Surgery can be done by endoscopic method or open method like laminectomy.
The type of surgery to be done depends upon the neurosurgeon evaluating and operating the case.

Brief Answer:
Laminectomy is appropriate

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, thanks for responding. If the patient has severe pain which is not getting controlled by the medicines, then surgery should be done. Laminectomy is one of the standard surgery for disc prolapse and patient recovers in short time.

Brief Answer:
Surgery at corporate hospital or medical college

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, a neurosurgeon with 2-3 years experience in performing such surgeries is well enough trained to do laminectomy. You can get this surgery done at any corporate hospital or medical college where experienced neurosurgeons are available.

Brief Answer:
not advised German XXXXXXX Therapy

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I will not advise for German XXXXXXX Therapy.
You need to get definite operative advice from a good neurosurgeon as delay may lead to irreversible damage to nerves.
