Question: Please diagnose the report And let me know the diagnosis
Brief Answer:
Reports are normal.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to health care magic,
I have seen both the reports you attached.
Your both lab reports, complete blood counts and SGPT ,are completely normal.
However,PDW (platelet distribution width) is slightly elevated here but it does not have clinical significance.
Let me know if you have any more question.

Doctor i usally feel like fatigue and uneasy in my body very low in energy please help
Brief Answer:
Could be low stamina.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the quick follow-up.
Fatigue, uneasy in body or low energy symptoms generally due to low stamina and in most of cases no exact underlying cause can be found.
However, you may go for thyroid profile, vitamin B12 and D3 level in blood if you have this symptoms since long time and,if any deficiency is found it can be corrected by appropriate medications.
Till the time, you should eat healthy fruits and vegetables with regular mild exercises for at least half an hour would gradually increase your stamina.
Take multivitamin cap.A to Z daily once after getting the tests done.
As I said, in most of cases, no cause is found and symptoms may get subsided by itself without any specific treatment.
Regards,

It like feeling imbalance but not like falling around on floor
Brief Answer:
Vertigo could be transient or due to variety of causes.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the follow-up.
Vertigo or dizziness could be due to variety of causes or it could be transient.
Perhaps if the dizziness is not troublesome ,then you may wait for few days and until then you should take proper hydration and electrolyte balance with some symptomatic antihistamines treatment like betahistidine or cinnarizine.
However if the problem is persistent, you should see a doctor at the earliest and get evaluated further.
I will suggest you, blood electrolytes, tests for vestibular (balance) system like electronystagmography or rotation tests to diagnose the cause for dizziness.
Your local physician or GP will know about the test.
He/she will can order the test after complete history and thoroughly clinical examination like temperature, pulse, blood pressure (in different positions) which will enable us to arrive a diagnosis.
