Brief Answer:
Blockage to the left kidney
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the query
I have seen the reports attached by you. It looks like your relative has a block in the urinary tract of the left kidney. The most common cause of this are renal stones. I must add here that small stones are usually not detected on the ultrasound, I suggest you to get a Ct scan of the kidney and the ureter done as soon as possible. These stones can be relieved by lithrotripsy easily, often done by a urologist
In the mean time I suggest
1. Adequate hydration with 3 litres of plain water per day
2. Avoid red meat, cabbage and aerated drinks
3. Avoid dehydration
I hope I was of help, if you have any further queries please get back to me
Regards
