Brief Answer:
There is no proven alternative to surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
To recapitulate: Female/59 - USG report - gall bladder normally distended with normal wall thickening, multiple echoreflective calculi are seen - rest everything is normal - read all the report - wants to know whether there is any alternative to surgery - occasional acidity issue only ...

I can understand the fear the patient and/or the family members get on knowing such a diagnosis and there are no symptoms other than occasional acidity.

Patients have tried everything other than surgery like Ayurvedic and homeopathy but we have not seen any results.

If the patient is in good health without any medical issues like diabetes and heart related issues, the best way is to get operated as even locally there are no signs of infection or inflammation in the past.

This is then the right time to get operated by Laparoscopy method as the results will be the best.

I hope this answer helps you in decision making, please feel free to discuss further if you feel that there is a gap of communication.
