Brief Answer:
You need physical examination & good blood sugar & cholesterol control.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

I have gone through your previous question thread & reports attached with previous question.
You need better blood sugar and LDL cholesterol control.

Uncontrolled blood sugar levels it's self may be a strong reason for your symptoms of generalized weakness.
But detailed clinical examination including neurological examination is important to rule out possibility of neuropathy.

In such a cases I may suggest following investigations after detailed clinical examination -
- Complete Blood Count.
- HbA1c.
- Renal function test.
- Liver Function Test.
- Urine examination.
- Vitamin B12 & D3 levels.
- Ultra TSH.
- ECG & if required 2DEcho of heart.

Depending upon clinical examination and above test results one will be in better position to give appropriate reason of your problem.
Till then considering your normal heart & kidney status I may suggest
- Continue Tab Triglynase (Metformin 500mg +Pioglitazone 15mg + Glimepiride 1mg) before .
- To start Tablet containing 1000mg of metformin & 1mg of Glimepiride.
Though option of newer oral anti-diabetic medicines, insulin is more better for rapid blood sugar control.
- To increase dose of Atorvastatin (content of Ecosprin AV) to atleast 20mg.

You should consult your treating diabetologist and discuss all these points before it's use.

Hope this helps you.
