What Does My Lab Test Report Indicate?

Reactive lymph nodes which most probably indicate an infection, history pls
Detailed Answer:
Hello ma'am and welcome.
Thank you for writing to us.
I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. The first thing I would like to ask is the indication for the investigation, it was unclear from the second attached image, and so could you please let me know why the CT was advised?
The investigations shows reactive lymph nodes in the cervical and parotid regions, which are most commonly associated with infection, and very rarely cancer.
Infections like:
Infectious mononucleosis
Rubella
Herpes simplex
Tuberculosis
Toxoplasmosis
Syphilis
to list a few.
I hope this makes things more clear, and please do write back to me with the indication which narrows down the search for the cause. I also hope I have explained things in a manner best understood by you.
Best wishes.

Further investigations will be mandatory
Detailed Answer:
Hello once again.
If no infections have been found, then further investigations will be required to find the cause for the lymph node presentation, tumors/cancer needs to be ruled out at this point.
Best wishes.

It was my pleasure entirely
Detailed Answer:
